What If My Garden Access Is Restricted? Our panels for your garden room will all fit through a garden gate, providing there is a little clearance once inside the gate. Otherwise, in general we can manage most entrances.

What Is Included In The Price? The cost includes installation, the electrical consumer unit & 4 double wall sockets, painted and finished walls (plasterboard & studding), ceiling or wall lighting, luxury flooring and a wall heater. Additional costs apply for groundwork (a base), skip hire, and other options that require additional labour, such as fitting air conditioning or additional lighting.

What Warranties Are Provided? We offer a 10-year structural warranty plus a 10-year roof warranty. This excludes fair wear and tear, colour fading and problems arising from not cleaning the building or keeping it clear of obstruction in the roof drainage.

Can My Garden Room Be Taken With Me If I Move House? Yes, our garden rooms can be disassembled and rebuilt. This requires removing riveting and making good once rebuilt with fillers and replacement riveting. You’ll also likely have to replace the studded walls and plasterboard. Seek advice before attempting to dismantle your garden room.

How Long Will I Wait For My New Room? The standard lead-time is 4-6 weeks, but can be expedited to 3-4 weeks if necessary.

How Well Is The Room Insulated? Can I Use It All Year Round? Your garden room is packed solid with quad core insulated panels. It’s toasty warm in the winter, and is well insulated for the summer. Our recommendation is that you place blinds in the garden room which can help greatly, and adjust the temperature affected by solar gain. Many of our customers opt for air conditioning.
